FRAMED Faculty Program

One hour network-wide Zoom “grand rounds” on the FRAMED curriculum offered to all in the network to attend. These sessions serve as a way to introduce a common culture of learning and teaching for students, residents, and faculty in the clinical setting. These sessions are now held multiple times on a monthly basis providing ample opportunity for all to attend. In parallel to FRAMED is a series called RATTLED (Residents as Team Teacher, Learner, Educator, & Diagnostician).

Educator 102 - In depth review of the One Minute Learner and teaching in complex groups (SFDP model) and in the Operating room.

Evaluation 101 - Utilizing the Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA’s) to build the Comprehensive Evaluation Tool (CET) and effective narrative assessment.

Mentor 101- Giving growth oriented coaching using the forward with feedback model and Guiding students through the complexities of learning in the clinical setting and selecting career paths.

Thinking 101-Modeling and teaching diagnostic reasoning and avoiding diagnostic error.

Research 101- Transforming your daily teaching into research.

Educator 103- Teaching in Complex Settings.
